paysecure is a secure payment platform that gives surety to both the buyer and seller in the purchase of goods or services.

Funds are held securely in paysecure and safely maintained. This gives sellers confidence that they are dealing with a legitimate person who can afford to pay them. Money for each agreement or milestone is held until the buyer and seller agree it is complete.

Buyers control the release of their funds after verifying the quality or authenticity of the goods or services.

paysecure supports the on-demand economy. Our customers use us for the likes of Facebook Marketplace, Carsales.com, Gumtree, HiPages or any other in-person or online payment. Our service eliminates the risk of transferring money to unknown third parties, and offers a guaranteed, safe transaction.

Yes. paysecure partners with Zepto Payments (holds an Australian Financial Services Licence- AFSL 541011),  one of Australia’s leading payment gateways, to process the transfer of funds. Its sophisticated encryption and security features provide an extra layer of safety for paysecure users. Their technical infrastructure, certificates and licenses take safety to the next level. Once your funds are held in paysecure, you don’t need to worry about them going missing or being transferred to an unreliable third party – which is often an issue with the common bank transfer or cash purchase. Your money is 100% secured.

Funds are held with our partner Zepto. It’s so secure, even we can’t access it. Money is tracked and remains safely recorded. Funds can only be transferred to a seller when a buyer authorises the release of funds. This process can be controlled online or via the app.

A flat fee of 1% including GST is charged to the buyer on the total amount of the payment agreement. Larger transactions over $10,000 discounted rates apply, contact: support@paysecure.com.au

What happens in the event of a dispute?2022-07-19T14:47:23+10:00

If the buyer and the seller cannot reach an agreement, an independent mediator will intervene. They will review the facts of the case and make recommendations. If an agreement still cannot be reached, the matter will follow the normal state arbitration procedures. As the funds are already held by paysecure, judgements can be easily settled.

paysecure uses Small Business Commissioner and Community Justice Centres to ensure a cost-effective commercial mediation service. Both can help to solve many types of disputes without the high cost and delays inherent in going to court.
