Q: What happens in the event of a dispute?

If the buyer and the seller cannot reach an agreement, an independent mediator will intervene. They will review the facts of the case and make recommendations. If an agreement still cannot be reached, the matter will follow the normal state arbitration procedures. As the funds are already held by paysecure, judgements can be easily settled. paysecure uses Small Business Commissioner and Community Justice Centres to ensure a cost-effective commercial mediation service.
